Join us for an unforgettable evening at Revolu’s Chef’s Dinner on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 6:30PM!

Indulge in a specially curated four-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with handcrafted cocktails:

Tuna Crudo – sliced tuna, citrus broth, avocado, cucumber, cilantro (paired with a Deena-Rita)   

 Corn Fritter – truffle aioli, cotija cheese, ancho chili dust (paired with an Old Fashioned)   

 Duck Carnitas – crispy duck confit, mole amarillo, pickled red onion, radish, corn tortilla (paired with a Hibiscus Mezcal Sour)   

 Coconut Panna Cotta – tropical fruit salsa, lime, coconut crumble (paired with a Carajillo)
